FAQ’s
-
Do you accept insurance?
I am currently in the process of becoming credentialed with Blue Cross Blue Shield (BCBS) and anticipate being able to accept insurance plans within the BCBS network by the end of October 2025.
Once I am in network, you will need to verify with your insurance provider whether my services are covered under your specific plan.
-
What are your out-of-pocket rates?
I offer three rate options so you can select what works best for you:
$125 – I would like to participate and need financial assistance.
$150 – I would like to participate and can cover my cost in full.
$175 – I would like to participate and contribute toward making this service more accessible for others.
If you wish to use out-of-network benefits, I can provide a Superbill for you to submit to your insurance provider. Depending on your plan, this may be applied toward your deductible or reimbursed.

What if I feel anxious about opening up?
Feeling anxious about opening up is completely normal.
In our work together, there’s no pressure to “get it all out” right away. You’re invited to arrive just as you are, and we’ll move gently, at your pace. My intention is to create a space where your story can unfold in its own timing, with care and compassion. Often, people discover that as trust builds, their heart naturally softens into sharing.

What do you mean by "intentional and relational therapy"?
Healing- especially emotional healing- is done in the context of a safe relationship. I provide a warm, non-judgmental space for women to process change, explore identity, and cultivate self-trust.
In the safety of this space, my hope is that you will have the opportunity to feel all of your feelings in order to come to a deeper sense of clarity, peace, and connection.

How long can I expect to go to therapy?
I see my clients on a weekly basis- same time, same day every week. The intention here is to create a feeling of safety and security. You know that this time is yours.
The duration of therapy is highly dependent on your treatment goals for therapy, which we will discuss within the first three sessions.

Because you offer virtual sessions, can you see people outside of Michigan?
I am able to see clients across Michigan (Upper and Lower Peninsula). However, due to my licensure I am not able to see folks outside of Michigan.
Telehealth offers a great deal of accessibility to services, and I have found that my clients enjoy the connection that meeting over Zoom offers.
